xlCompare has search tool, which quickly find specific value in the Comparison Report Window.

It is called from toolbar icon or using Ctrl+F key from on any worksheet window.

You need to enter value and press Find button. xlCompare finds this value and activates first cell which match you criterion.

Please, note: string comparison is not case-sensitive.
